These are the terms (the “Terms”) that govern your attendance at and/or participation in the physical and virtual events (collectively referred to herein as the “Event”) conducted by Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd.. These Terms are in addition to our general Terms of Use
By registering for the Event, you are agreeing to these terms, which form a legal contract between Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd., and the registered attendee and/or participant (“you”). If you are registering on behalf of another it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them, and by completing the registration you are warranting that you have made the attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
EVENT ADMISSION
- Admittance. Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event. You will receive essential information for registered attendees electronically at the email address provided on your registration form. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly on the registration form. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation any physical travel and/or accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you and Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall have not liability for such costs. You agree to not sell, trade, transfer, or share your event access code/link/credentials, unless such transfer is granted by Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd.. If Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. determines that you have violated this policy, Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. may cancel your access, retain any payments made by you, ban you from future Events, and take any additional action it deems necessary.
- Termination. You acknowledge that Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to request your removal from the Event if Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd., in its sole discretion, considers your presence and/or behaviour to create a disruption or to hinder the Event and/or the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees or speakers. Please refer to the Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. Events Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy.
- Photography. Audio and Video Recording. By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant CIN Info the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to CIN Info includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.
- Event Content.You acknowledge and agree that Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, format, programming, theme, content, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue and time.
- Views and Opinions. The views and opinions expressed in the program sessions are those of the speaker(s) and do not necessarily reflect the position of Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd..
FEE(S)
- Payments. Attendance at the Event shall be by prior registration and payment of specified fees by the attendee on a per-person basis.
- Taxes. The fee(s) may be subjected to goods and services tax, which, if applicable, will be charged to you in addition to the fee(s).

SPEAKER SCHEDULE DISCLAIMER
By subscribing to Cininfo, you acknowledge and agree that all speaker dates and timings are provided based on the best available information at the time of publication and are subject to change due to speaker availability. While Cininfo consistently features a minimum of 3-4 sessions per month—with the potential to showcase up to 8–10 sessions—no individual speaker’s presence on the published dates is guaranteed, and Cininfo shall not be liable for any discrepancies, modifications, or omissions in speaker scheduling.

EVENTS CODE OF CONDUCT
You are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct. Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. will enforce this code and expect cooperation from all Event participants to help us promote a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, the Event content and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd., and/or the Event sponsors or speakers presenting at the Event. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Event, in any Event content and/or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the Event for any reason without the prior written permission of Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd..
- For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned or used under license by Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. or grant to you any right or license to any other intellectual property rights of Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd., all of which shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd..
WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. gives no warranties in respect of any aspect of the Event, or any materials related thereto or offered at the Event, and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing these Terms, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties or fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness and merchantability. Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. cannot accept responsibility or liability for reliance by the attendee or any person on any aspect of the Event and/or any information provided at the Event.
- Other than to the extent required as a matter of law, Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event or any aspect thereto or in connection with these Terms.
- The maximum aggregate liability of Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. for any claim in any way connected therewith or these Terms whether in contract, tort or otherwise (including any negligent act or omission) shall be limited to the amount paid by the attendee to Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. under these Terms to attend the Event.
UPDATES TO TERMS
- Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update and change any part or all of these Terms at any time without notifying you first. If we update or change these Terms, the updated Terms will be posted on our website – cininfo.in
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By registering for the Event in the manner specified by Cininfo Tech Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms as set forth in this document, the general Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Code of Conduct.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:
- Participants must complete the registration process and make the payment to secure their spot in the workshop.
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
ATTENDANCE:
- Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the workshop punctually.
- Late arrivals may result in exclusion from the session, and missed sessions will not be refunded.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
- Participants are required to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards the facilitator and fellow participants.
- Any disruptive behavior or harassment towards others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the workshop without refund.
WORKSHOP MATERIALS:
- Workshop materials provided during the sessions are for personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to necessary equipment (computer, webcam, microphone, etc.) for the workshop sessions.
- Cininfo is not responsible for any technical issues experienced by participants during the workshop.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
- Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information or discussions shared during the workshop.
CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION:
- A certificate of recognition will be provided to participants upon successful completion of the workshop.
- To qualify for the certificate, participants must attend all sessions and actively participate in workshop activities.
LIABILITY:
- Cininfo and the workshop facilitator are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants during the workshop.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cininfo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be offered.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Cininfo reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or the Cininfo platform.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By registering for the workshop, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional guidelines provided by Cininfo or the workshop facilitator.
