Cancellation and Refund

Thank you for your interest in the Cininfo Services. We would like to inform you of our strict no refund and cancellation policy. Please carefully review the Terms of Use  and following information before purchasing any service from Cininfo.

  • No Refund Policy: Once you have registered or purchased any Cininfo Services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Change of Plans: If your plans change, and you are unable to attend the event, or utilise the Cininfo Service, we are unable to provide a refund.
    • Non-Attendance: If you do not attend the event or utilise the Cininfo Services for any reason, whether due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason, a refund will not be issued.
    • Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the event or the Cininfo Services, including the content, speakers, or overall experience, we are unable to offer a refund.
  • No Cancellation Policy: We do not allow cancellations of purchases or registrations. Once you have made a purchase or registered for an event, we cannot accommodate any cancellation requests.
  • Force Majeure or Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government action, pandemic or epidemic, and any other unavoidable circumstances, CININFO TECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify the event or offer alternatives, such as rescheduling or providing refund for the event or other Cininfo Services.
    • Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances: We may, in our sole discretion, decide to issue refunds or accept cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Such requests will only be considered up to 72 hours before the start of the event or the Cininfo Services. Once a refund request is received and deemed eligible, it will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take 30 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to the attendee’s account, depending on the payment provider’s policies. Please note that this refund policy applies only to events organized by CININFO Tech Private Limited. If the event or Cininfo Service is co-hosted or co-sponsored by external organizations, their refund policies may differ, and attendees are encouraged to familiarize themselves with those policies. 

Support Requests: Any support requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at support@cininfo.in. The request should include the attendee’s name, contact information, details, and proof of purchase (ticket or receipt).

We strongly recommend that you carefully consider your attendance before purchasing a ticket or registering for any event or other Cininfo Services, as our no refund and cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
